You can unhide a collection by doing the following:
1. Navigate here: Shopify admin > Apps > Rapid Search > Settings > Advanced
2. Click on this button: "Select collections to hide"
3. Deselect hidden collections you want to unhide and click the "Select" button.
You are ready. Only the selected products will be hidden and the deselected ones will be shown.
